Small time comments by a small time coach.

"We were the ones who developed him [Adams] from a level out of high school, he wasn't at that level. When you are Oregon and over the last three or four years and you're not recruiting a number of guys who can fill in when Marcus Mariota leaves, what are you doing over there," Baldwin asked.
Sark!!! True???
"It's the truth. That part is just baffling. I think there should always be two or three guys loaded up and ready to go." -
"Play for Beau Baldwin - he won't stab you in the back if you get an opportunity to move up to a D1A program, nosiree." Every negative recruiting Big Sky coach from now until forever

He didn't say anything about Adams. He just won't let him work out at EWU since he left the team. Makes sense to me.AZDuck said:"Play for Beau Baldwin - he won't stab you in the back if you get an opportunity to move up to a D1A program, nosiree." My own view is that the kid graduates on time with some eligibility left, the original school he signed his LOI with should be happy he got a shot at the CFB big time. And yeah, not letting him use the EWU facilities is pretty bush league. This isn't like Oregon swooped in and stole him. By rule, Adams had to make first contact.
As a matter of policy, both Kelly and Helfrich have given releases to any player who requested one, no questions asked, and all of the ex-Oregon players were welcome in the UO facilities as long as they were still enrolled. I'm sure we got the playbook back, but other than that... -
Baldwin is being a drippy cunt.

But would Kelly/Helfrich allow the player to use the facilities if said player was going to be the starting QB for your week 1 opponent for the upcoming season? I'm sure if Adams was transferring to a school that wasn't on EWU's schedule next year, Baldwin would have no issues with him using the facilities.AZDuck said:
