Some of the highly rated kids will be studs, some will be turds.

Some of the lower rated kids will be stars, some will be turds.

Some will play right away. Some will play later in their career. Some won't ever play at all and just waste a scholarship. Some will transfer. All of them will beat Washington every time they play them.

Either way it will be interesting.
