Quinn and Ulbrich have worked together before. Quinn coached Ulbrich in the NFL too.

The more I think about it, he's probably leaving UCLA. Back to TBS, Smith particularly liked Ulbrich, so I wouldn't fax anything anywhere until any of this is confirmed if I were him.
