Oregon isn't scrambling. They take their kids that go to every camp on the planet to get noticed as juniors and late in the process they find guys through film and scouting that didn't go to a million camp and combines.
Fotu hits like TJ Ward and he is fast. At worst he'll be a monster on special teams. -
