I have never seen a QB drop as many pinpoint dimes as Adams did against UW this season. All of Eastern's QB's under Baldwin have been great, so he would come with questions, but I think it's safe to say Adams can play at the Pac 12 level.

those 41, 28 and 33 yard TD's were sick throws (see the highlights)
his arm isn't incredible but he has better touch than at least a few NFL QB's
