You expected better because you believed Sark that in Year 6, Miley was a championship caliber QB, Kasen Williams is an NFL receiver, Peters wasn't bat shit crazy and could be trusted, Sankey wouldn't be missed... etc... etc...Southerndawg said:
Agree with this. I was very disappointed this season, expected better, especially by the time the bowl game rolled around, but willing to LIPO for three years. That said, they should be moving forward not backward, this season will be telling, and it's full on torches and pitchforks in year three if this crap carries over that long.Muttzen said:
The first part is correct, I have no idea if he is the guy. This season will tell us a lot. If we have a really bad record (say, 3-6 in the pac), that is highly indicative that he is not the guy. Nothing fancy, I'm not trying to go out on a limb here, just trying to be correct.sarktastic said:
What you're really saying is... you have no clue whether Peterman is the "guy" or not... whatever the fuck that means... but if we struggle this year, regardless of reason, you'll quit just like all the 12's in Seattle do.Muttzen said:
If it is that bad, he is not the guy.TierbsHsotBoobs said:
If it plays out that way, Peterman should be fired Lane Kiffin style on the Sea-Tac tarmac.Houhusky said:Unofficial next years prediction:

I'm just trying to get a handle on the rules around here.
If we're accepting Todd Turner-Helms Association nattys, then pretty much anything goes as far as I'm concerned.
But on a more substantive note - Helfrich and Shaw are 1-1 and each one has one Rose Bowl trophy. Shaw's had four tries, Helfrich has 2.
Helf > Shaw (already) -
I make the rules around here

Oregon is in your division. lol.RaceBannon said:
We need to see real results this year and a North division title year 3 or we have the wrong guy
Again
Case closed.
Shaw has one Rose Bowl trophy (with one loss) in four years. Helfrich has oneRose BowlPasadena Semifinal trophy (no losses) in two.
Helfrich has finished 1st in the North both years he has been head coach.
Helfrich:
Shaw:
Also, if Helfrich finished first in the North in 2013, why did Stanford go to the Rose Bowl?
