Here is my reasoning. If he was going to go to UW he would have announced it by now. He has been super quiet, nothing from him out there. Who knows, but I think he is going to UCLA.

Petersen prefers that recruits visit UW, then go home and think about it, then have an in-home visit before committing. It's his way of ensuring that kids are 100% committed and don't go through the whole drama-bullshit of decommits and whatnot that Sark and the LPT are known for loving.

I expect Potoae to commit sometime between the end of his OV and NSD. That's right, breaking news bitches. You heard it here first!
