A Husky Fan's take on Oregon/FSU

"Husky fan here. As you may know there's not a lot of love between Ducks and Huskies but I must say I felt quite a bit of Pac 12 pride after watching the dismantling of FSU. It's really comical to hear FSU fans trying to come to grips with WTH happened out there. The reality is you had no idea what was coming or how to prepare for it. The Huskies and the rest of the Pac 12 have experienced this for at least 15 years and we know what's coming but still can't do anything about it. So why should you be any different? I'm tired of hating Oregon and just have to admire the system they have and especially the execution which is everything. How many times have the Huskies and other Pac 12 teams lamented the fact we were in the game early in the third or late in the 2nd, then you go get a beer and you're down by 28 when you get back.

FSU obviously is a great football school but they are just another football team to Oregon. It played out exactly as it does here in the Pac 12 week after week. I've never seen FSU quit like that. They looked shell-shocked. Giving up yards between the 20's is what UO does. Turnovers is what they get and they always make you pay. Their speed and precision just where you out. Maybe not in the 1st quarter or before halftime but eventually you get destroyed.

I wish we could make our traditional rivalry with the Ducks a rivalry again but I don't see it. The Huskies have a long way to go.
