Huskies have 10 win talent according to CFB Matrix

http://cfbmatrix.com/portfolio/washington-huskies-2013/

Has the Huskies at 10-2 talent wise but due to coaching effect going 9-3. Should be a fun article to post if Sark "overachieves" and wins only 8 games.

Sark is a great recruiter, everybody says so.

If the Huskies go 8-5 this year, Woodward should fire Sark for regressing from last year.

What do you get with 10 win players and a 4 win coach?

    Three years of 7-6

What's funny is that we are more optimistic about the Huskies than most Doogs.

You look at our easy schedule, being 4th in the nation in experience, plus 4 years of ranked recruiting classes this team if you had the right head coach wins 10 games in year five.

However I'm afraid the bar has been set so low that fans will accept 8 wins as a "successful" season.

I think 10 wins is successful, 9 wins is a solid year which means keep him for another year. Anything less should be a firing.

Totally agree. 9-4 is the baseline for this team with the talent on board and the schedule.

I'm afraid of 8-5 and so many doogs going "See the HHB's were wrong again. Sark showed improvement ROFL!".

In year five with all this talent, experience, new stadium, easy schedule(Will only be a major underdog in possibly 2 games) this team should win 9 games if not 10.

This team could lose to Stanford, Oregon, UCLA and win some crap tier bowl game to win 10 games. Would feel like an empty 10 win season but I'd more than take it.

8-5 will get that fuckstick an extension. Simple fact.

I've already accepted the fact he'll get a secret extension after we start off 4-0. Then when UW loses 3 in a row, with Sark on the "hot seat" his extension will be "leaked". Pool Boy will do that to show we still have faith in Sark and to preserve the recruiting class.

It's so sad how predictably terrible our athletic department is.

No way the Huskies start the season 4-0.

Get all the screenshots you need.

I think they start off 4-0 then immediately lose 3 in a row. I still think UW goes 7-6 even with the 4-0 start.

The alliteration in these sentences is poetry.

I highly doubt 8-5 gets an extension. You don't build a new stadium and get a blank check for half a new staff to be content with 8-5. 9-4 with no more than 1 blowout would probably get an extension.

As far as the schedule it really is not that difficult. Win the games you should (and if you are improved you should do that) and manage to win one of the three tough ones and you are 7-2 with UCLA, OSU and WSU left. If you stay healthy on the OL & DL there is no excuse not to win at least 9.

And the schedule next year is a joke. 10-3 should be the baseline for next year. Toughest games will be @UO, vs. UCLA & Stanford and @Cal/@UA. With 14 games, 11+ wins should be the expectation. Could be favored in 10 or 11 of the 13.

I wouldn't extend him for 8-5, but Pool Boy will in a heartbeat.

You can't expect to win 11+ in 2014 with a new QB!

Yea I like how beatmychest made the assumption that our AD isn't a total fucking retard who has no business being in athletics.

Of course Sark will be extended after 8-5. That's progress. You forget we were 0-12, blah blah blah.

Also next year tough to win with breaking in a new QB, no ASJ, no Parker, etc. We'll be young for the 14th season in a row.
