Jeff Driskel

I wonder if Peterson looks for a stop gap grad transfer type QB, it will be interesting if he does AND interesting if he doesn't.

There is the Choate connection.

Uh, did you watch Driskel play? Holy fuckall°BallSacked said:The Florida QB Is transferring. He graduated so he would be immediately elligible in 2015.

Where would I be without it? Somewhere in between I'd guess.
-
Can he also get 3-5 OL transfers and a new OC?
-
Driskel may be worse than Miles, next.
-
Not as much as I watched Miles. He can't be worse, right?puppylove_sugarsteel said:

He's also had a carousel of OCs at Florida and a terrible head coach.

Dreckskel is so much worse than Miles, it's not even close.
Dreckskel: 54.4% completion percentage, 5.60 yards per pass, 9 TDs, 10 INTs. http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/511889/jeff-driskel
Miles: 66.6% completions, 7.05 yards per pass, 17 TDs, 4 INTs. http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/535325/cyler-miles

Stats in Pac12 > Stats in SEC.
Noted. -
Is mustachioed Southwick still eligible?
-
That's a fair point. Miles was ninth out of 14 qualified passers in the Pac-12. Driskel was DEAD FUCKING LAST out of 14 in the SEC.BallSacked said:Stats in Pac12 > Stats in SEC.

If you are fucktarded enough to think bringing the WORST QB from the SEC is going to solve UW's problems, you deserve 0-1200.BallSacked said:

I don't mind the stopgap idea, but Drecksel isn't the guy. -
I don't know how stuff like this is done, but wasn't Aaron Rogers a JC transfer?
Can't UW hire a QB consultant to go look at every single JC QB out there... then give his parents a brown paper bag full of cash to get the kid to come to the UW?
And then also do the same thing to get 3-5 big JC OL transfers? -
Holy crap, @puppylove_sugarsteel apparently thinks UW should go after the worst QB in the SEC.
-
Boob can you just shut your cunthole for a change? 8-20 posts per thread is overkill. Spend a little more time warming skin with Thomas and a little less time here. Nobody should be so psycho attatched to a message board. Its not normal, healthy or appropriate for a grown "man".

No Thumper, Aaron Rodgers went pro straight from high school. Don't tell me you didnt know that. Also jc olinemen dont pan out at a high rate. They arent in good weight programs at the JC level. . When they catch up their eligibility has expired. For every walter jones their are 20 washouts who play their senior years on their back.Thump said:I don't know how stuff like this is done, but wasn't Aaron Rogers a JC transfer?

Probably some weird attempt at a whoosh... but decided to google it to get the facts...puppylove_sugarsteel said:

"After one year at Butte Community College, Rodgers received an athletic scholarship to attend the University of California, Berkeley, where he played for the California Golden Bears football team from 2003 to 2004."
Now the part I'm curious about is why we have a hard time getting JC transfers... if Cal was able to get one that only had 1 year in at a CC. -
Aaron Rodgers didnt need a tutor and was eligible at UW... He chin the dayse CAL because they had a head coach who was one of the finest developers of QB's in the country.
And dont say we cant get JC players. We got Craig Quesada and Marcus Roberson. -

Don't forget Roderick Green and Paxton Tailele.puppylove_sugarsteel said:Aaron Rodgers didnt need a tutor and was eligible at UW... He chin the dayse CAL because they had a head coach who was one of the finest developers of QB's in the country.

Unless you're a teenager, how can you not remember Rodgers at Cal?
-
So in summary... QBs might be a good JC option if we can find one that doesn't need to be tutored, but JC OL guys of the appropriate size are harder to find.
Wasn't Dillon a JC guy as well? One of my favorite RBs back in the day. -
Dillon was JC and don't forget about Kai Ellis, the creature!
-
Also Marcel Reece who wasn't a superstar but would have been a pretty good #2 receiver if he didn't have to be the #1. He's turned himself into a very good fullback.HeretoBeatmyChest said:Dillon was JC and don't forget about Kai Ellis, the creature!

Hugh McElhenny, Warren Moon, Dashon Goldson, and punter Rich Camarillo
