If FSU can finish off the deed and go back to back natties, ACC without question best conference in football this year. As it stands, it would be hard pressed to keep the pac ahead of them. If Oregon chokes i think they are the no brainer number 1. Hell if the Dawgs choke i think it weakens the pac enough to fall back to numero tres.
