I did not think he would give up on his NFL dream so quickly.
I think part of it is that the NFL coach most in love with him is also the namesake of the UM business school, and since Ross likes his current coach, he is doing what he can to get Harbaugh to his second favorite team, while keeping him away from NFL competitors.
And I will eat my computer keyboard if he defeats Urban Legend before leaving Michigan.
Harbaugh came into Stanford, talked shit about Pete Carroll in his opening presser, pulled off the biggest upset since Oregon State at UW in 1985, then went on to dominate USC the rest of the time.
It will be interesting to see if he does something similar with Urban.
Michigan will be renting him for a couple years. Harbaugh will get them almost there, then another nfl team will scoop him up, then Michigan hires another "Michigan man" and go to shit once again.

You may as well start eating. I absolutely loathe Jim Hairball, but he is a good college coach. At least as good as the coaches at V Tech, Mich State and Clemson.
Sure it may not happen in 2015 or even 2016 but unless Urban pulls his disappearing act, he will lose to Hairball.

Thanks Bruce.
Harbaugh to Michigan was booked quite a while ago for me.

His personality is way better suited for college football as well, so this makes sense.
Can't even imagine how big of a palace one could buy in Ann Arbor, Michigan with $8 mil/year.

Bon appatit.
