He wasnt supposed to choose UW. We were a school he was considering. But why would he travel all the way across the country? Typical Sark QB recruit. All flash no cash. In hindsight though he would have been Sark's best QB recruit. Which is why he didnt come here. Sark shot for the stars, and recruited junk in the spare tank. Ironically he was the worst QB recruiter in the country, at ANY d-1, d-2 or d-3 school (he was supposed to be the QB guru, genius who sent multiple QB's to the league). Uh, that was Pete Carroll.

Did he attend an MI game or travel to Colorado to see Myley? No, he just saw 4 stars. UW has never in its history had a QB shit pile like the current one. Yet Kim, and most you castoffs from dawgman think he was a good recruiter.

That was the year that Sark whiffed on like 15 qbs (including Kessler and Mariota). For a little while they had some 2 star guy named Joseph Gray committed and he eventually decommitted to go to San Jose State or something. Briseett then emerged at the very end but we ended up with Derrick Brown, husky legend.

I remember slagging Joseph Gray off and saying he sucked and was a midget... anyway, the doog army was quick to rebut with Doug Flutie (Russell Wilson hadn't been invented yet, thank God—I can only imagine how completely intolerable they would've been in that case) and every other shrimp QB that'd ever played.

Also, Mariota was a fucking baller in HS. I'm not an 'anti-star rating' kind of guy, but that dude was obviously the shit.

Sure he recruited a few ballers. But most didnt pan out leaving an extremely unbalanced roster. Shit tyrone recruited as many NFL prospects as Sark. Dont forget that. Sark's recruiting was a disaster. Despite 3 AA's. And Sark's only serviceable QB was initially Tyrone's recruit. Sark didnt recruit a pac-12 qb in his 5 years. That is pathetic.
