I know who Nelson is, but Ross' career is going fine. He's one of the best returners in the country and played well at CB despite not practicing there for over half the season.

Ross is not transferring. He can't make his mark in 2015 by sitting out. He has an opportunity to play both ways at UW, at least part of the time. In his own mind, he probably thinks he will ball out next year, leave early, and be a first round pick.
