I was having this issue early this morning and emailed.. I'm not having the problem right now and it sounds like it should be cleared up. Here was their response:
I'm sorry for the inconvenience of getting a logged-out version of your site on occasion.
This happens when our application servers are unreachable due to being a little overloaded. In these cases, instead of showing an error page we send back a cached, logged-out version of the page so that browsing is still possible during the period of heavy traffic.
We're working on the underlying issue and will be deploying fixes as soon as they're ready.
