in regards to the poster Doogman's lemon drops in other sites' inboxes

I have deleted the thread where he was bragging about mass mailing the lemon party photo to many inboxes at another site (again). I have also sent him a PM saying I won't allow for that again.
First off, I do not approve of that nonsense. Secondly, there are teenage kids out there with Scout and Rival accounts, and they are having that disgusting image forced to their attention.
I have not received any calls from anyone lately about this, but I am taking the step of not having threads with someone bragging about it on our site. We don't approve of it.
As I say, we don't have very many rules at our site, but we have to have a handful of rules in order to do things properly and grow in the manner we envision.
