These Cats have been through the playoff fire for quite a few years now. They're ready to take the next step. They're a little like a new San Antonio in how they play. I like their chances against GS and/or the LAC in a 7 game series.
Chris Paul is way over rated. He choked away the playoffs last year.
I've said this before, but i'm always amazed at how much of a pass Chris Paul gets for consistently choking when it matters, yet he is still lauded as the best true PG for the majority of his career. At some point you need to win, or at least compete for it.
When APAG was still alive, he made the observation that true PG's don't win titles in the NBA. Isiah Thomas was the last one. Billups maybe counts, but that was a weird team and he is kind of a combo guard. Sometimes rankings players by championships is fickle, but Paul has never won shit. He hasn't even made a conference finals. He gets overrated because purists love true, pass first PG's and Paul is one of the only good ones.

Pass first is just a nice way of saying can't score at will.
Paul stood out for throwing away the OKC game in the final minutes. He might not be able to win one, but he pretty clearly lost that one. He has a lot of talent around him and a great coach now.

I'll let you on the bandwagon. They're an unselfish, no superstars, grit-n-grind, defense first steak > sizzle team.
I love them.
