Just watched the press conference.
I was a big Petersen honk when the
hire happened but starting to have
doubts. I'm willing to let it play out
but I didn't sense a lot of confidence
coming from the guy.
At the very least I expected to see a
crisper version of Husky football this
year. Just seems like year 6 of Sarkisian
to me with all the sloppiness.
Coach P. got a lot of questions on clock
management. He wasn't consistent from
what he said Saturday in that they felt
they needed a first down. Today he said
they wanted to run a play and then probably
take knees to avoid punting.
He must have used the word "hard" 10 times
in the press conference. Welcome to the Pac
12 coach. I'm less confident this guy is
championship pedigree but still on his side.
