If it happens with Locker (which I doubt), it won't be in Tennessee. I think once Locker gets cut by Tennessee in a year or two, he will latch onto a team that runs the read option as a back up. He will toil around for at least a few more years as a back up, before he is out of the league. Shitty QB's who have some talent and don't stir the pot can stay in the league for years. Look at Hugh Millen, Rick Mirer, Steve Bono, Bubby Brister, Jon Kitna, etc.
