Plus he's a good christian who adopts Russian kids. Can't fire that. He's a close but no cigar guy most of the time, but he can get there which isn't easy to do in the SEC. Plus with the playoff, close but no cigar might get you a chance in the SEC, especially when it inevitably moves to 8 teams.
His teams are pretty solid and the talent he brings in is top notch. Pretty big risk moving on when he could breakthrough and the alternative is a potential tumble down the toilet.

I have no idea what Georgia or their boosters will do, I just know it would be great to have Todd Graham out of the Pac-12 because he wins and we recruit against him some.
