Sorry, I am not really interested in registering for your forums but I will say you won't be competitive again until you can sign assistant coaches to more than 1 year contracts. This team is about the pinnacle of what I expected out of Colorado in the Pac-12. I think that you can get a decent team who can play somewhat. You could expect to be a 6-6 team maybe... 3-9 in a bad year and 8-4 in a really good year (discounting bowl game). You don't have the tradition of a USC or Alabama to endure sustained failure and immediately rebound so it will have to be incremental. You have a place that would nice to live for 4-5 years, a fine education, and decent recruiting grounds but without a tradition that resonates with people born in 1995 you will have to step up to the next level through good coaching. You aren't going to maintain great coaching with the current restrictions in place though.
