Why we are about as good as we were in 2009 (sorta TBS)

In the 15 seconds Mitch dedicated to Husky football this morning he played a clip of Peterman disgustedly mumbling about the play of the offense on Saturday. Mitch's only comment was "You know, if Petersen had a choice I don't think he would have many of the guys Sark brought in on the roster." It got me thinking about the much whined-about OKG recruiting philosophy.

Below are the 34 kids brought in by Sark the Recruiter from 2010-2013 who quit, flunked out, didn't get in, got kicked off the team, or got broken. If I included 2009, it would include almost the entire class. Notice that not one player on this list made any kind of positive contribution to the team (besides Stringfellow for 1 game) before leaving. When you bring this many guys into the program who essentially do nothing, leave early, and repeat you get 5 conference wins.
