Honest question, I have no idea how player development works in reality...
If Pete/Smith were to drastically alter their system to cater to a slightly more effective offense for the QBs we have now, would that take reps of the "true" system away from someone like Carta Samuels? What If they think he can run this offense next year and they don't want to put a gap in his development by having all the QBs run a bastardization of the real scheme? I'll fully admit Im pressing here.
