In order to make it work, Mora needs to be a figure head, motivator, and recruiter. Hire a DC and blow up the defensive scheme. It obviously sucks. Hire a new OC too and let him do whatever he wants on offense. Mora is stubborn though and it's probably hard to take those chances when your job is on the line.
