Was there really 16 seconds left on the shot clock when he let that baby fly?

Turn the volume on, the buzzer goes off right as he releases it, pretty sure the shot clock reads 0. That's what I thought, but when I watch the bigger video it stills looks like 16 to me.dnc said:
