That Stanford game was an aberration, Miles is a decent college QB that doesn't make FS decisions.
Put up that stat line @ Autzen and he's a great college QB. -
Locker had an "NFL arm" and didn't amount to shit. Let Cyler develop under Pete and he might even improve his arm strength and deep accuracy someday.

It really sucks that there aren't older examples of college QBs with shitty arms who did well in college but didn't translate to the NFL.

He had a fine half. This is what he's shown so far against defenses of this caliber. He can throw most balls just fine. He needs time and he gets it against teams like Cal.RoadDawg55 said:13-17 for 181 with 3 TD's is a great half. I don't care how you do it or who it is against. It's good.
It's not a criticism. Goff is 10X the thrower that Miles is and look what he's done facing a good defense...couple of real nice throws but not playing winning football overall. He's thrown as many horrible balls as great ones and coughed the ball up three times. -
