I don't know what the Orlando Sentinel knows about UW football, so take it FWIW. One humorous sidenote is that they call this perhaps Sark's "best team to date," and yet they rank UW 43rd in the nation. If memory serves, the team that beat nebraska in the Holiday Bowl was ranked much higher than 23rd.

In the magical holiday bowl title team UW was never ranked at any point in the season.

When have we been ranked under Sark? I think we were 24th or so in 2009 after the USC win, and we had to have been ranked in 2011 before the Stanford plunger rape. Any other times?
