Just want to be clear. My opinion of Peterman has not changed at all, I just don't know where this current team we are watching stands in the PAC12 right now.Disciple_2_Hole said:"and Cal is still ranked way too high" Actually they aren't and had any of you actually paid attention to the PAC Network and guys like Rick you would be wrong. Here me out, they are much improved and after seeing their coach in action prior to the season, I agreed with Ricky and bet on Cal twice this year and they covered both times.
Colorado is the new Cal and their coach is in over his head and his DC is Kent B. Best money play in the PAC this week is Cal covering at home vs the buffs.
My faith in Peterman is no different today than 10 months ago and unlike "coke" (have no idea where Washington stands in all of this), my belief in his process grows by the week...recruiting is going well, he is about that action and not that sizzle BS, and he isn't interested beating the hell out of cupcakes but more preparing his team for what really matters and that is the PAC 12.
This is a big game and I think it will be a slug fest Saturday and Stanford will have the pressure because if they start 0-2 in the PAC they are done IMO. With Peters back and having a HC that pays attention to special teams I like our chances. I sure as hell like our chances more than if Seven was still our coach. I'm not sure Sark would have been 4-0 with Stanford coming to town. He could have easily lost the game in Hawaii with Jeff or to EWU.
I think we will lose one game at home this year with a 10-3 record.
Peterman's process is proven and successful. I have no doubt that we are heading in the right direction with a coach that knows what he is doing. As I said in an earlier article, I have never been more calm and relaxed in the direction of the UW football program with Peterman at the helm, and that is still true today. -
Way to take one for the team buddy. If you survive, the next round of tatted up hookers and blow is on me.Swaye said:I love FREE PUB. And, in an effort to increase our chances at winning, not because I am a degenerate alcoholic, I have decided to drink heavily for the game this weekend. If I can't drink us to victory, I'll die trying.

Excellent article by a Tequilla minion ...
I appreciated the final score prediction ... take my score ... add a point to the dawg total ... call it your own
All joking aside ...
There was a point in the first half of the Georgia State game where I could have sworn we were running the same play over and over and over again trying to remind the offensive players that the coaches don't care whether or not everybody knows that THAT play is coming, but you need to learn how to execute in that environment.
Cokehead makes a great point though about the coaching staff and how at no point throughout the process have they ever panicked or deviated from the script. Instead, they've spent the time testing the players to see how they respond when pushed (at times) outside of their comfort zone. That's one of the best ways to grow people.
And for those that don't realize, it's a scary proposition when the Cokehead gets turned up on Coke, and even moreso if he has to slum it with Pepsi ... -
I actually am part Seminole, bitches.
Great grandmother was Seminole and both she & her mother were born in Tallahassee according to census records.
Oh and obligatory:

Sark would not have started Lindqvist or benched Miley Cyrus.
