I guess Sark and Mora aren't the only coaches who love hyperbole. Stanford's running game has been nothing special so far and their pass protection broke down at a crucial time against USC. Hogan and their WR's scare me more than their OL and running game. Hogan is better than he gets credit for.
David Shaw's play calling in the red zone gives the Huskies a shot but in the end Stanford pulls out a hard fought 24-21 win over the gritty Montlake squad.
I think we'll see the return of the Triple Option attack with Lindquist in at QB, Coleman at FB and Washington at TB in the middle of the second quarter. Standard fake the dive, then roll out with the pitch as an option down the sideline. Just completely fuck with Stanford by showing new looks and new wrinkles before the half so they have to account for them in the second half despite being red herrings.

It's a guarantee at some point in the game you'll see Lindquist come in and throw a pass out of that formation ... you just don't know when it will happen.

They actually should try running a few sets of the Auburn offense with Lindquist and/or Miles, where you have the read option with packaged pass plays. Sure both guys suck throwing the ball, but so does Nick Marshall.
