agree with the lawsuit. If he signed a binding contract where some monies were exchanged, sue the shit out of him and LSU. The purpose would be to force a settlement and punish tampering. Let him go, but make it fucking painful.

What's the point of a contract then? You gotta push enforce-ability at some point.
I don't want him ever remotely associated with the University of Washington ever again, fuck that guy, not cause he pursued more money, but cause of when he announced it which shows his character and selfishness. But we have to expect the players that sign with us to follow through on their signature, and that includes pushing consequences on him, whatever those are.
