Lame response to a logical plan that allows the people to decide.

Ferguson already said he expects a vote. I don't think you girls are confident.
-
So he’s bringing a ballot initiative or the state legislature is gonna vote?
-
Isn't this what the referendum process is for?

I’ve lost interest here.

I understand.
All the "secrecy" sounded sexier than it turned out to be.

Taxpayer funded pensions over $100,000 should be illegal.

They didn't change the Constitution to enact a capital gains tax. They just ignored the Constitution and enacted it anyway.

The Washington Constitution doesn't mention an income tax. We have a 5-4 decision from the 1930s that says no income tax. The capital gains work around angers the (highly taxed) Oregonians on the bored.
Perhaps just best we amend the Washington Constitution to say explicitly one way or the other whether an income tax is okay. Yes?

Good thing money isn't property, huh! Clear intent was no progressive taxes. And yes, amending the Constitution is the way to amend the Constitution.
