Hadn't really thought about it as much but I'm thinking the clock rule changes leads to way faster games and helps teams that want to just get ahead and run the clock out. Which makes Judd's weekly slow starts on offense even better. Would have went 7-5 had Maryland just actually ran clock like non-imbeciles.
