Outrage of the day. What a bunch of shit. Race is right. They knew he knocked her out, how did they figure it happened other than he clocked her?

Here's the NFL thinking

1. Learn a star player knocked out his girlfriend
2. Take some minimal action and move on
3. Take shit for not doing enough
4. Realize there are a lot of female fans who are pissed so apologize and say next time you will drop the hammer
5. Video of the hit comes out and people are outraged again

Fuck Olberman. I agree with the fire me, fire you, fire everyone bit, but the shit at the end about boycotting until Rice is banned for life is shit. You don't ban someone for life for this. Rice fucked up. Hard. He should be in jail. But there's no precedent that I'm aware of for banning someone for life for an off the field incident. It does not warrant that.
