First, how would he not pay the fine personally? He'd have some random person pay it? Second, asking that the fine be directed to a charity is repulsive. If he wants to donate to charity than do it with his own money. He is trying to get moral credit for suggesting this, but it's no longer his money and the pac12 can do with it what they want.
