Pole in the PacDreck, sure. Pole in the nation, nega please.
Earned that distinction today doog. What have Bama and FSU done? The first plays shitty teams and looked shitty doing it. The second played a mid tier team and struggled. We took care of business against a ground and pound defensive juggernaut that took down tOSU's 24 game win streak and beat Stanford in the Rose Bowl. Number 1 at this point in the season. Get yourself some taters.

FSU is the defending champion who hasn't lost. If you're going to have a pole at this point in the season, they're the only choice for #1.

Honk em.
Disagree. They had a shitty performance against OSU, barely beating them, and beat the high school team they played today by about the same margin Oregon beat MSU. Oregon had the stones to schedule a bad ass team and delivered a bad ass performance.

Michigan State plays in the Big 10. No bad asses there.
#3 still feels right. It's the best place for the team in terms of positioning for playoff slots and hopefully not going to the kids' heads. Rankings at this point of the season are less meaningful than PDXDuckFan's living situation.
