I don't see how visiting a war memorial right before a game is going to help provide CLEAR, positive focus immediately for a game that's coming up.
You do sad, ominous stuff like that after the game or a week before for the long-term "focus" it gives. It's more of a pessimistic distraction in the short term than benefit. Focusing on death, right before a game probably isn't a good idea. You don't look at pics of STDs for focus right before a hot date. If your team is full of ADHD tards who can't focus, maybe.
