I remember this, but will say the Pac-12 crew miraculously didn't take back Pettis' game-winning return by throwing some ticky tack flag. Maybe I have this wrong, but wasn't there a really soft personal foul that sparked Utah and then Troy Williams flipped off the entire UW team and it somehow didn't get called?
Yeah it's pretty much that the refs kept extending drives for personal foul shit which they did all the time in Rice Eccles. Their dumb fuck fans were so used to that preferential treatment that like every hit from Murphey in the 2018 game their fans screamed was a personal foul.
