The lie that the dems were then paralyzed and there was nothing they could do to enforce the already existing immigration laws. The hive mind promoted that from every dem Congress critter, administration flunky, the MSM and every Tug leftard. Same thing happened when the dems claimed they had to leave Afghanistan in a hurry before Labor Day because of Trump's promise.
