It amazes me that people don’t understand how the executive branch functions.

The cabinet is nominated by POTUS, confirmed by senate. They serve at the pleasure of the president

Any outside counsel the president brings in does not need to be an elected official or go through senate confirmation process. The president can bring in just about anyone he or she wishes to advise on the various specific functions of the executive branch and one of those is the fucking treasury dept.

So no. it doesn’t matter that Musk wasn’t elected or confirmed by the senate. He’s an advisor to the president, being charged with leading an agency created by the president directly involved with the treasury dept, which is absolutely under the executive branch’s purview, and the president can hire or fire just about anyone he wants to in order to pursue his mandate.

Obama was right. Elections have consequences and the DNC and all its corrupt little nooks and crannies are seeing this play out in real time just 1mo into Trump’s presidency. They’re worried because DOGE is digging around for bodies and there are plenty to be found. Indictments are coming.

    The end.

Like with Rittenhouse, leftards think that uttering what they think is magic words that they win a debate they never are interested in actually having. "Hey, Rittenhouse crossed 'state lines' and therefore is guilty of murder". Here we have "Musk wasn't 'elected' or even confirmed by Congress" and therefore he can't look at USAID expenditures. All that is missing is that they didn't hire Ern to add a gif or two to seal the argument.
