Everyone who’s left outside Stevie got a promotion. Carrol went from coaching OL in college to coaching OL in the NFL. Upgrade. Bala and Sunseri went from position coaches in the B10 to position coaches and Co-DC’s in the SEC. Upgrade. UW would still have Sunseri and Bala if Fish had promoted them. He didn’t. Does anyone want those two running the defense over Walters? Say what you want about Jed as a playcaller, I’m right there with you, but he seems to have a nice eye for talent. I’ll guess Mays will be a good coach and I’d also guess whoever he pegs as LB coach will also be good. Shit, even Johnny Patron was the best version of himself under Jed. LIPO
