According to the War Room, Homan is already operating in the red. Steve Bannon is calling for two spending bills, so one can be passed quickly and fund things that are truly needed. But the house seems to be heading toward one spending bill which Trump reportedly supports. But Bannon's concern, as I understand it, is that RINOs are going to slow walk this thing to fuck with Trump and we'll need CRs until it gets passed in September or something like that.
