A geopolitical bombshell dropped this afternoon with the announcement Trump is successfully pressuring Netanyahu into ending the conflict with Hezbollah immediately. Brokered before Trump assumes office no less.

I don't see any deal that allows Hamas back in charge of Gaza. Its the stone cold lock of the centruy that they will revuild and try it again. It does nothing for the non terrorists in Gaza, assuming there are some. At this point the hostages being released is just a reminder of how epically shitty the Biden Administration was. 33 still alive? Maybe?

We will see. I'm hopeful that both Bibi and Trump have promised Hamas that if they fuck around they will find out and are on a very short leash. Right now being the leader of Hamas doesn't seem like a big prize. In the big picture, Iran is the head of the snake. That's were the focus should be instead of shipping billions of to the mullahs.
