I usually get excited about instate players but Mohammed to Limar would most likely be a huge whiff. Seems like UW might as well give up if their strategy is to take their rival's 5th best back. The Tulane guy who couldn't play there seemed like a better play but I'm sure UW couldn't compete with Houston. He's also a fourth year guy I think so it's not like he is some guy who couldn't show himself yet plus I think he was a huge dick in his recruitment about UW.
I get not freaking out about Bryce Butler but it could sting. He was playing his first season of non-JC ball basically last year so is a guy who could turn the corner next year and as these schools with success show these 23-25 year old dudes help you out.
I like the OT add. It's simply hard for a program like UW to have more than 5 OL who can actually play in the current structure and he seems like good depth, at worst.
What the hell is going on at WR? Isn't it the number one position Judd can talk about being a pro despite not doing well with his past three transfers?

Have we totally given up on upperclassman Rashid Williams? Why is nobody talking about him? He got hurt he but struck me as a good player.
-
Regarding Omari Evans, he had a hamstring injury over the summer and never really got right.
Limar is ok with me. He'll be a senior so not a threat to any of the young guys and he fits the role of a bigger back. He has 95 career carries and 20 catches so it could be worse. With Washington and Bonner already aboard, I'd rather see more money go to the DL.
Regarding WR, let's not forget about Rashid Williams. He is 6'2" with a good frame and broke his collarbone in 2025. He'll be a RS-JR in 2026 and should be one of the starters. I'm not sure how the staff feels about Justice Williams but he'll be a RS-Soph and is 6'4". I'd certainly feel much better if they brought in a SR who is 6'3" or taller with a decent amount of receptions under his belt.

He and Roebuck are clear starters to me. A broken collarbone is much easier to come back from than a ligament or even a hamstring injury.

Rashid and Robuck are 2/3s, the cope by most Husky fans is completely mind bending. Justice League as passed over by all the freshman. Evans was also like the 5th or 6th option last year after strike outs and Cook deciding he liked collecting other players items.

Yes, getting Rashid Williams back is good and something negadoogs like me might be underrating, but it's 2025 and all of the most winning teams are bringing in proven portal guys and there are a ton out there at WR especially. Cal just signed a Big 10 guy from Rutgers who killed UW the past two years and might end up with UW's RB who sure seems better than Oregon's 5th best RB who has one year left.
I also kept an eye on the portal WRs who UW either didn't or couldn't take last year and there was plenty of production out there it seemed the program could have used.

My opinion of guys that are a few years in to their career and haven't really played because of injury is that there's an 81% chance they fizzle out and transfer. I was excited about Rash going into last season but now I need to see a little something before I can believe he will be a good starter
Roebuck could be a #1 but if he is they still don't have a #2
-
We didn’t want to step up for a local kid Jordan Dwyer who had a good, not great year but would have been our clear #2. We shouldn’t be outbid by B12 mid teams ever.

discord intel goes hot. 🥵

Roebuck is too small to be a #1 option. Need some big perimeter players, not a bunch of slot guys.
