I got to 89K yesterday as I pushed all week to offset holiday party eating. Offset the 30oz Cowboy Ribeye + creme brulee from yesterday quite well.
Unclear if I can finish by Sunday or if it will need Monday too as I think I need a rest day. If I knock out 63K by the end of the year I'd get my 2024 average per month to 105K.
It's funny how little that is on the overall Concept 2 logs for a year. A guy I golf occasionally (guess I would refer to him as an acquaintance golfer) picked up erging when one of those RowHouse fitness clubs opened around here, and then he got like insanely in to it. Pulled 7 million in the 2023-24 season. Said he would just go to multiple classes per day and did all kind of challenges like 100K in a day and marathons galore. Splits were meh from what I saw but that's such insane volume. Think he just put movies on too to keep that going. It helps being retired and also like a really stocky build. It would take me a ton of time to build into that as my limit seems to be about 10K in a day these days; or just row really lightly, but that is so damn hard to actually do.

But the challenge is there's like 4 or 5 ski days coming in the next 11 days.
