What happened? The far left took over and turned it into a cesspool. Californians started moving up in 88-89' and nothing has been the same since. The cost of living has skyrocketed, price of homes is ridiculous, violence is way up, you name it.
If someone had told my Uncles and their buddies back in the 60's and 70's that there would be a group of democrat voters that patrolled downtown Portland dressed in black who would beat, murder and destroy anyone they felt like for their politics, they would have banded together and beat the living shit out of them. Now the dem party uses them like the nazi's used the SS and the only people who go to jail or get physically beaten are those that stick up for themselves against them. Are the Proud Boy leaders still in prison?
