Sounds like sedition with some insurrection mixed in as well.
Throw this guy in jail on J20 along with Schiff and then investigate if they have communicated in a conspiracy to usurp the authority of the elected President. Treat them like the J6 bunch has been treated.

Thune should not allow Schiff on a single committee.
