Mead (Seattle, game before Bellevue ended Lasalle's big streak), Hudson's Bay, RA Long, Heritage, Fort, Columbia River, Washougal and lost to North Thurston in Districts because our QB spiked the ball backwards which is technically a fumble. Just off the top.

Previous year we got out asses kicked by Ferndale with Locker.

I'm a liar? Who's "everyone"? I guess my response is fuck everyone then.

You never played and you don't know what you're talking about.

so just pointing out that if we are wading into “you never played/coached high school ball so you don’t know shit” waters, this is Doogman 101 territory

Well this took a turn but I hope the seniors (the non-portal ones) that stuck around feel good despite the shit that unraveled this year. I assume none had the offers the guys who left did, but the guys who stayed probably would have been better off than any of them had they transferred to Boise, and that probably could have happened.

Some of them played roles in the program putting together one of the best two-year windows in program history, beating Oregon three times in 13 months with everything on the line, getting the first major bowl win in 20+ years, and doing it all coming out of a hard fucking place that is rare people don't just bitch out in these times, go somewhere and then put #blessed or some shit on Instagram. Even one of the super senior guys leaving could have been the difference between a two-win season this year or a seven win season and a bowl game.

Oh, and the short side speed option with Wild Willy Rogers III was still the worst play call in Husky history.

    @haie

Fort hasn't been able to fight their way out of a wet paper bag in two decades.

The gap gets bigger because the linebacker is following Mr. Rodgers to the edge. The linebacker, #52, was in position to stop him. It was just a terrible play call with that QB. With QB2 it has a chance. But not to the short side of the field.

I'm not going to get in the middle of Oregon/Washington jihad (good reference by the resident girl btw), but I can't abide these disparaging comments about my Canes.

    1. They have never had their own stadium or most of the other goodies that rich programs have. That's what has always made them such a compelling program. Grass Roots baby.
    2. Miami is a big ass fucking brand and, in terms of where you have to live, a much better place to be as a human being than Tuscaloosa or Eugene. Not even close.
    3. Mario was a player and won a natty at said carcass of a program. And he's Cuban, and his mother was on her way out. He'd have left anywhere to go there. Say whatever else anyone wants to say about him, he fucking loves the Hurricanes the way Lambright loved the Huskies. Same emotional connection.

Mario may have wanted out of Eugene, but I have to defend my boyfriend here. I prefer your jihad be carried forward w/o reference to my love life.

Just because you all asked for it, here's 3rd and 43. Even Saban didn't have a game as cool as this one. I was there! I don't think even Penix had one of these conversions, and he had a few good ones.

Also, I played in the Logger Tuff BHL for the Super Tuff Aberdeen Bobcats, home of Mark Bruener, father of Carson Bruener. I win. @RaceBannon

Mike, chatch, DTD never even played and even if they did, Oregon high school football is an embarrassment to the sport.

They all woke up one day to find out that a pro sports owner bought their school and football program so that they could be good at something for once.

    So I get the pressing.

Fort and Mark Morris were always speed bumps. Same with Heritage.

Evergreen was the class of the area but they were 4a so they didn't get the pleasure of getting run over by Ferndale in the playoffs.
