And WTF is wrong w/ Bandes' brain? He starts dancing around like a fool, thinking he incited a false start, only to get penalized himself. He's good for at least one penalty a game, although usually some bone headed personal foul. The fact he starts tells you everything you need to know about our defensive line.
Well we have lost two DT's better than him. Given the lack of depth we couldn't afford injury issues on DL or OL and we've had them at both this year.

This has been Bandes best year in the program by far. He's been such a disappointment relative to his rating coming out of HS for the last five years. I'm glad they're getting what they are out of him because without his contributions they are probably playing Omar Kahn before he's ready. The injuries up front have been awful to say the least.
Yes, particularly with Bryce Butler having to miss some time due to a family tragedy. He's probably working his way back into game shape and it helps that Elinneus Davis is coming along well.
