You missed the part where don't check. Sort of like rioting is a felony but Soros DAs in blue jurisdictions don't "actively" prosecute antifa/blm rioters with felonies. When the DOJ is suing states for trying to clean up illegals from the voting rolls that seems something that an alleged non-stupid poster would know.

Somehow with in person voting I had to prove who I was and we had a winner by morning. You could ask for an absentee ballot if you were registered
