When illegal aliens can register to vote without proof of citizenship and you leftards illegally instituted mail in voting 2020 for some unknown reason. Yeah, illegal aliens can't register to vote. Unless they go to the Oregon voting website and check the box that says they are a citizen. No required proof and no Secretary of State follow up. Are you this stupid or just dishonest or both? Those are your three choices.
